What are Footpro's online and in-store payment options?
Footpro.com.au accepts payment by Cash and EFTPOS in-store, AfterPay and valid Credit Cards only - Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Payment by Cheque and money orders unavailable.
Shipping and Delivery:
Standard delivery within Australia.
Customers can expect to have their correctly completed order delivered within 3-5 working days, depending on the final destination. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Footpro offers free shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders over $100 in total value. All orders under $100 in total value will incur a flat rate shipping charge of $15 to anywhere in Australia. Shipping costs will be added to your order just prior to the point of payment in the shopping process.
Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside Australia.

Should you wish to utilize the priority pre-order functionality to purchase merchandise, delivery of your priority pre order will occur following the individual product launch date.
Returns & Exchanges:
Refund / Exchange:
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return your purchase for a refund or size exchange, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone Footpro on (03) 9509 9199. You will be provided with an Exchange / Refund form and further details will be emailed to you in relation to sending your product back.
Returns Policy & Process:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The Footpro exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as Footpro does not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to Footpro via non registered post. Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team to assess whether the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If You Change Your Mind:
Footpro is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customized, worn or washed. Change of mind returns will only qualify for an exchange or store credit, and only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will not apply for replacement items.
No redelivery fee is charged for exchanging a size.
Footpro will cover the re-delivery charges if the colour item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges:
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your Footpro tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
