The below outlines the Footpro online policies on Delivery & Returns. We hope to make your Footpro experience as easy and pleasant as possible, so if you need any further assistance please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
Orders of $150 or more will receive FREE DELIVERY.
All orders under $150 a flat rate of $15.00 delivery fee will be charged. Orders are delivered by StarTrack and Australia Post Delivery network. Delivery times are 3-5 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Unfortunately we do not offer overseas shipping at this time.
You can return an item for a refund of your product within 30 days of your purchase date providing it is unused, returned in the same condition as sent out to you and that all tags and packaging are intact. Original postage will not be refunded. Please note the cost of the return postage is at your expense.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach Footpro at 121 Glenferrie Rd Malvern VIC 3144. Ensure your items are packed securely or use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are posting
Returns can take up to 5 business days to arrive at our office. Once your item has been received and refunded you will receive an email notification.
*Please note that sale/promotional items are non-refundable.
